the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Fantastic and quick service

We had to claim for our little girl Wilma, she needed an operation and we have never claimed before on any pet insurances and was very daunted by the prospect of doing it for the first time, but the insurance Emporium made it very easy and relieved any worries we had, very fast and efficient service. Easy claims process and quick settlement but watch those excesses!

From submitting the claim to receiving the settlement in my bank account was under two weeks, with no queries coming back to me. So I'm very pleased in that respect. Excesses and deductions are reasonably significant though. £115 standard excess, plus a payment percentage excess (very unclear as to why it's necessary to deduct a further percentage of the settlement figure other than, of course, to limit/cap their liability), plus £224.89 deducted because the claim amount exceeded a cap the company puts on hospitalisations charges. I'm not saying this is hidden from the customer, just that you need to be aware of the small print! My total claim was £1,184.34 of which £802.20 was reimbursed. So I paid out £384+ Yes, very nice to get £802.20 back and I'm happy with the service I got. Just be prepared - it doesn't stop at the excess folks. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2019

Unfortunately I had to have my darling cat put to sleep. My claim was handled professionally by several people I spoke to over the phone and dealt with in a speedy manner once it had been forwarded by my vet. Helpful , Caring & Understanding

I had to put a claim unfortunately , which was dealt with very quickly. A claim form sent via email after speaking on the telephone to a kind understanding operator. Within 10 days the claim was all settled & paid into my account. Reviewed on: 1st September 2019
