the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Quick and easy claims process

I have had a policy with the insurance emporium for 2 years and unfortunately I have had to claim them twice as my dog had a growth the one year and a skin infection the following year. Both times the claims process was quick and easy and my money was transferred to my account. what was also pleasing is my renewal premium didn't sky rocket just because I made a claim which is great. I have also phoned them for advice before making a claim and find their contact centre very friendly and knowledgeable and so deserve to win an award in my opinion Reviewed on: 31st August 2019

Fast Compasionate Claims Team

Sadly we made a claim after our poorly Cat had passed away. It was an emotional time and took me a while before I could face the paperwork. I was very relieved to find my part of the form straightforward and requiring little information. The remainder was handled by my vets and the claims team, both responded quickly and with no fuss . Insurance claim

Unfortunately my darling cat had to be put to sleep, hence my claim. The insurance policy is clear on what is incluced, so no shocks when making a claim. I could not fault any step of my dealings with the insurance emporium, from telephone converstions with several members of staff and the efficient resolution of my claim. Superb company
