the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Really positive experience

I found out about the insurance emporium via a price comparison search. Not only were they the most reasonably priced but they still offered a tailored service to each pet meaning I'm getting the right level of cover and not over or under what I expect. They were great when I phoned them up too and I had to make a claim which was very straightforward. Will use again. Reviewed on: 24th August 2019

The cover included in my pet insurance is superb; as is the price!

I always do a lot of research before I purchase my pet insurance ; I use all the comparison sites and also look for independent recommended providers. I did this last year and found no one could match the cover or price offered by The Insurance Emporium. I had a great year, no claims thank goodness :) and when I got my renewal quote this year, I again went through all the checks to see how competitive it was and found that it still offered the most complete package. However, the price had gone up, so I phoned and asked if there was anything that could be done and immediately, without any hassle, the price was lowered by 20% and I was more than happy to renew. I was not made to feel anything but worthy, and nothing was too much trouble for the agent that took my call. I have never had anything but polite and supportive help from this company and I recommend them very highly indeed to all animal owners. I am a very happy and secure dog owner, safe in the knowledge that I have the best policy available (but paid the lowest price for it!). Reviewed on: 24th August 2019

Taking out this insurance felt more personalised than tick box

I like the fact that they asked questions and its lclear what is and isn't covered, rather than it being subjective. Eveyone I spoke with was very helpful which gave me confidence that this will also be the case should we ever need to make a claim. Reviewed on: 24th August 2019

Covered what they said they would for a great premium

Covered our young cats digestive issue including surgery after swallowing foreign object. Very good cover for the low premium cost. Around 1/3 less than other providers. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2019
