When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Good range of insurance options, fast and easy claims

I chose The Insurance Emporium because there was a good range of options for my older dog. Some firms won't even insure an older animal, or charge prohibitive premiums. I have had to claim on the insurance twice in the past two years, and in both cases they were helpful, friendly and efficient. The percentages you can claim back are clearly explained, as are the limits, so you know what you're getting and why. I've found it a good firm with a good product for my needs. Recent claims - smooth service

Very smooth service received from The Insurance Emporium. Needed to make multiple claims for one recurring condition, submitting three separate claim forms. Was handled swiftly by Insurance Emporium, caused no dramas that there were three separate claim forms, and money arrived very quickly once claims approved. Very happy with the service. Quick, easy claims process

I have accident only pet insurance as full coverage is far too pricey. It came in handy as my dog recently got a fish hook stuck in her tongue. The claims process was simple and straightforward. So far all great,
