the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Efficient approachable and excellent value - very competitive in a GOOD way

I have retired a ex military working dog so she has been through somewhat of a harder life than most pampered pets . Insurance emporium insured my dog for a fair price even tho when I got here she was on the older side. She has since been enjoying civilian life but in her later years has suffered from one or two ailments which I had to claim for . Emporium were very thorough looking into my dogs medical history ( which I was very impressed with) once all the paperwork had been sent,seen,and questioned my money was in my bank within days .. very happy with the service I have received and I will forever insure my pet and future pets with these guys .. Brilliant service

My dog suffered heat exhaustion and nearly died. All I had to do was upload a claim form, fill it in and hand it to the vet. It was a stressful time, but this process was easy and sorted so quickly and effortlessly. Would highly recommend this insurance company. Reviewed on: 15th July 2019

Quick and friendly response

The IE have been very easy to deal with and the staff have been very helpful and friendly with any of my queries over the phone. The settlement of my dog’s claim has been quick without any hassle. Just make sure you’re aware of the limited vets fees for certain things as you never pay ‘just your excess.’ Despite this, I’m very happy. Reviewed on: 15th July 2019
