the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Excellent service

Pet insurance, my westie is having problems with score feet, contacted Emporium, policy and claim form emailed , part written out to make life easier, paid vet prompt and all ongoing payments with no issues, contacted them pleasant and professional at all times. Reviewed on: 15th July 2019

Great service in a time of need!

When Angus fell ill very unexpectedly, the last thing we wanted to worry about was the Vet's bills as this was our first time ever to make use of our policy. The Insurance Emporium was fantastic and did not disappoint. They were so efficient and effective. It really does mean a lot nowadays when an insurance company actually does what it says on the tin! Excellent Customer Service. Super Fast Payouts.

Sadly, I had to make a claim on my policy. This is the first time I've ever had to claim on any insurance police and I was not disappointed. They were in constant contact with me via email and let me know the progress of the claim, every step of the way. The claim was handled very quickly, smoothly and without any issues. Very pleased with the quick turn around from sending in my claim

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats who are all insured with the Insurance Emporium and have been for several years. I have only claimed on two occasions and both times my claim has been dealt with professionally and expediently, I would highly recommend the insurance emporium because their policies are very competitive , their customer service is very good and the claims process is simple with no hassle, the cheque was received within 2 weeks. Great service

Excellent service from the Insurance Emporium. I had to make a claim for an operation for my dog and despite only have the policy for 3 weeks, the claim was processed and settled swiftly.
