the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

awful customer service

definitely should not be nominated for any awards, rude, uncaring staff on both occasions I rang up. avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 11th July 2019

Claim paid no hassle

My cat got some grass stuck in his throat and had to have a camera put down and said grass then removed. Claimed off my insurance which was paid promptly with no hassle. Thank you very much. Reviewed on: 11th July 2019

Stress free claim

No quibbles, stress taken out totally which is essential when cat is unwell. Quick response to claim, good communication and quick payment directly to vets. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Will not use again or recommend to anyone

I thought I had the all singing and dancing policy for my pet, but when I needed to claim, the deductions they take from you is unreasonable. Yes it’s in the small print when you read it but who does!!! Most people will look at value of cover and excess on the policy. I have been left out of pocket by £2000!!!!!! Direct Claim

Poor communication between members of the team, they kept requesting information regarding my dogs medical history despite me saying on multiple occasions that the history we have is limited as he was adopted. Not made clear in the policy what would be covered by them and what wouldn’t and hence, fees I still had to pay we’re considerably higher than expected. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

So efficiant

My little weirdo of a cat got ill and fortunately there was nothing major in the end but we weren't too sure in the beginning. The quick service and support I got in getting money back really put me at ease should he ever have a more serious problem and all correspondence was professional and clear. Thank you!
