When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Fast response to claim

My dog Run has arthritis in all four feet and has been getting acupuncture and laser treatment regularly at my vet. The Insurance Emporium have always dealt with my claims quickly and without any issues. Reviewed on: 4th July 2019

Exactly what Pet Insurance should be.

We have been with a number of companies in the past, many with problems that didnt take in account our beloved pets. The Insurance Emporium however ticked all the boxes, value for money, efficient claims procedure, but most importantly, the care they showed for the animals with things like lifetime cover. Easy claims process and great communication

We had to claim for our cat who unfortunately had suffered fatal injuries following a dog attack. The Insurance Emporium dealt with my claim seamlessly and with empathy at this very difficult time. My claim was processed swiftly and I was kept informed at each stage. Reviewed on: 4th July 2019

No fuss service

Fast response and payment. Didn't nit pick over v minor details to worm out of paying. Friendly helpful staff, would be full stars if the vet could claim direct from the insurance company instead of me paying upfront but luckily i had savings to do so. Claim settled quickly

Very satisfied with settlement of recent claim after my dog’s operation. Claim form was easy to complete and given to our vets to complete their section. Once complete the claim was sent to the insurers and I received emails on progress of claim and when payment would be made. No problems were encountered with this claim. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019
