the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Excellent customer service

I would definitely recommend pet insurance through The Insurance Emporium because their prices are competitive, the cover comprehensive and most of all the level of customer service was great. Unexpected excellent treatment.

We have been made quite cynical about insurance companies but the way we have been treated by Insurance Emporium has changed our minds. We made a claim when our cat developed a heart problem and nearly died. We expected it to be turned down as he had had a heart murmur in the past but it was accepted with the proviso that the cat would be excluded from heart problems in the future. Thank you.
