the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Really Helpful and efficient

I took out Pet Insurance with The Insurance Emporium because the cover and price were very good. Unfortunately for my little dog he had a very painful leg injury not long afterwards. Pet Claim

Helpful even when there were small problems proceeding claim

I found insurance emporium really easy to deal with. There was more information required from our vet and a problem with the very receiving the email. The customer advisors that I spoke to were helpful and worked around the issue to help me. Reviewed on: 1st July 2019

They will take your money and not pay out

Not to be trusted to honour payments to suppliers. We have a letter promising payment for damage to a customer's vehicle by a dog insured by Emporium.Despite letters, emails and phone messages( they don't return calls or answer the phone) they won't pay. Reviewed on: 11th October 2018

ComPETitive dog insurance

Pure brilliance!
