Pet Insurance

We have Pet Insurance for our dog. The policy covered emergency surgery and covers his ongoing rehabilitation, acupuncture and laser therapy. Customer service is always helpful and efficient whenever I have to call them. The policy is not cheap but it's still competitive and it gives us peace of mind insuring with a reputable insurance company. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Great pet insurance

Great insurance for my dogs

No quibble and speedy claim

Had to make a claim this year and it was all paid and handled via the insurance and the vets. Very efficient and no quibble payout. staff always friendly and helpful on the phone and easy to get through and speak to real people. Reviewed on: 16th July 2024

Supportive, reassuring and informative!

We made a claim for an injury to our pony and The Insurance emporium were supportive and informative through the process. We felt reassured that we could provide the best veterinary and physio treatment for our pony and that almost all of the costs would be covered. This left us to care for her and focus on her wellbeing without having to worry too much about how or whether we would be able to pay for her treatment. Thank you The Insurance Emporium! Couldn’t ask for better!

I bought a kitten in february, and knew very very little about insurance and pet cover so it all seemed a little daunting. But the insurance emporium made me feel like it wasn’t so hard, their website and customer service were so helpful and made me feel so relaxed about embarking on this new adventure with my kitten, ziggy.
