When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Quick claim management.

All claims have been dealt with quickly. Any questions are answered promptly and the service is top notch. My premiums have hardly changed, even though my dog has been insured for a few years and claims have been made. This means I can stay with a company I know and trust as it is still affordable. Great service, value for moey

Friendly, easy to deal with and not a high renewal

I have been with my previous insurance for years then it was renewal time and was hiked up, then changes to these guys and had to claim for first time ever, they were really easy to deal with then renewal came and wasn’t much higher and I called to change details and i was given another discount so fantastic now have 3 policy’s with them Reviewed on: 11th July 2024
