excellent value pet insurance

You can't go wrong with emporium!

My dog Luna has had ongoing allergies since she was 18 months old emporium has been amazing , Luna has had two allergy tests over her seven years she had monthly medication and emporium covers her meds and any shampoos she needs for her skin .I have had no issues with emporium, they are quick to pay out each month , they pay Luna's vet direct , I just pay what's not covered which is minimal..I would definitely recommend emporium to anyone looking for pet insurance I have so far never had a claim refused or disputed.. customer service is second to none I cannot fault them , they are quick to answer calls and help in any circumstances they are always there for a chat ...they never rush to get you off the phone 100% the best ! I cannot recommend The Pet Emporium highly enough!

I cannot recommend The Pet Emporium highly enough! When our beloved cat, Basil, fell seriously ill, we were devastated. The vet informed us that he needed several expensive medical procedures to recover. As any pet owner knows, the stress of having a sick pet is overwhelming, and the added financial burden can make it even worse. Thankfully, we had insurance with The Pet Emporium. From the moment we contacted them, their customer service was exceptional. They were compassionate, understanding, and efficient. The claims process was straightforward and hassle-free. What truly impressed us was the speed at which they processed our claim. Within days, we received confirmation that our claim was approved, and shortly after, the funds were deposited into our account. Thank you, Pet Emporium for being there when we needed you most!
