Great service, value for moey

My Staffie, Charlie, has issued with arthritis, his liver,among other things. His claims are always handled by my vets, and are always paid promptly. I need to pay an excess, but the policy is still good value for money. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

Friendly, easy to deal with and not a high renewal

I have been with my previous insurance for years then it was renewal time and was hiked up, then changes to these guys and had to claim for first time ever, they were really easy to deal with then renewal came and wasn’t much higher and I called to change details and i was given another discount so fantastic now have 3 policy’s with them Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

You can't go wrong with emporium!

My dog Luna has had ongoing allergies since she was 18 months old emporium has been amazing , Luna has had two allergy tests over her seven years she had monthly medication and emporium covers her meds and any shampoos she needs for her skin .I have had no issues with emporium, they are quick to pay out each month , they pay Luna's vet direct , I just pay what's not covered which is minimal..I would definitely recommend emporium to anyone looking for pet insurance I have so far never had a claim refused or disputed.. customer service is second to none I cannot fault them , they are quick to answer calls and help in any circumstances they are always there for a chat ...they never rush to get you off the phone 100% the best !
