Vet fees for dog.

Claimed for treatment for ann injury my dog sustained from an attack by another dog. I had to submit a report of the incident but they paid out with no quibbles. Didn’t cover out of hours treatment unfortunately. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Claims service terrible.

I had need to claim when the cat got bitten. The claims process is archaic involving the vet filling in printed forms and when I asked for help the customer service agent couldn't understand English. I won't renew this policy. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024
