Superb service

Good customer service

The reason for the good is no one like to pay for something that they don’t use. However, we had to make a couple of claims for our pet and it was quickly dealt with. They originally queried a claim since it was classed as a new claim for the same thing and wojldn’t pay it, but soon sorted it out with the vets as a continuation. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
