We feel good about being Triodos customers

Everything about our Triodos banning experience so far has been first class from the handover from another bank to the way our calls are dealt with (speed of response, politeness, follow up) and most importantly to the way our money is used. It's all quietly efficient and we don't have to worry that our money is being used to finance some global environmental catastrophe somewhere. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Triodos bank is truly positive in all ways, from dealing with the friendly and efficient folk on the end of the phone to the news you receive about where money has been invested and its beneficial impacts on society and the environment. Not to mention the ease of the banking app and having everything to do with your account at your finger tips! I love Triodos!

I moved to the Triodos Current Account when it was piloted and I haven't looked back. Before that I had an ISA (which I still have). Their level of care is exemplary, their customer service is amazing and personal. Their financial services are great, and I would never think of moving to anywhere else. I recommend them to all my friends and family, they deserve this award. Moreover, they are doing genuine, unfaltering, ethical good in the world and that's worth more than anything I experience from my personal banking.alone. They are trail blazers. Excellent, ethical, responsible and sustainable banking

I bank with Triodos because it’s important to me that my bank is acting in a responsible and sustainable way. Their ethos of investing in ethical projects and supporting community development is a refreshing approach in an industry governered by greed. The climate EFT merge Co is of the utmost importance and Triodos is acknowledging and responding to that in a practical manner. I would (and do) recommend this bank to everyone. Honest, open, transparent

An antidote to most modern banking, they support businesses who want to make the world a better place. No financing of corrupt governments, fossil fuels, etc, etc. Truthful about the falsehood of "free" banking. All with a lightning fast online offering that works. The best ethics

Researched a few other options and found Triodos to be the best bank ethically. Switched to them. Easy and fast switch.
