Ethical bank

The reason I bank with Triodos is that they do positive investments with my money. Their customer service is very attentive and helpful. I love the fact that Triodos's investment is ethical and positive, aiming at protecting the planet and ending poverty. Screening out companies that are harmful to either the planet or people. Triodos also supports charities and community projects. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Ethical and simple

I absolutely love banking with Triodos! I tell all my friends and family about it because I want them to love it like I do. It's ethical, sustainable, and most of all its just really simple and I love that. I love hearing about the businesses and charities they invest in and all the good they're doing, and I LOVE being a part of that change. I started with a savings account and was part of the original trial of the current account and I haven't looked back. The app is great too. Simply excellent

The online banking and app are easy and security is great with the digi box. Their customer service is out of this world fantastic. I prefer to have an account where I'm not being given crap I don't need 'for free', so welcome their honesty. I love knowing exactly where my money is lent to. I love knowing I'm banking with a company which shares my enthos, not a giant multinational casino. Here here, three cheers for triodos!! Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
