It's great to know that my bank is ethical, making my money work to help the environment and good community causes. My money has the power to change the world - that makes me feel good (and hopefully, the world too!). Personally committed to care for people and planet, I offer some of my time, talents and money to organisations that care for the environment and wildlife and ones that seek to address poverty and inequalities issues. I realised I could make a positive choice to use a bank that shares my values and embeds care of people and planet throughout its operations. So I moved to Triodos as soon as it began providing personal bank accounts. I encourage everyone to make their own positive personal banking choices - in favour of everyone's futures! Excellent service and ethical investment

I have always received excellent service from Triodos and a key factor for me in a bank is what they do with my money. Triodos' ethical and environmental approach to investment was a key factor in my choice of bank. Friendly & professional

Great customer service, great ethos

Whenever I have had any issues with my card or account, the customer service team have been easy to contact and incredibly helpful.
