Excellent current account and ethical banking

Triodos runs and excellent current account. Though you pay a small monthly fee, this is off set by the clear and transparent banking they offer. Their customer service is excellent, the app is better than my previous bank and so easy to use. I’m really happy I can bank with clear ethical principles. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Bank that cares about earth and life on earth

It’s friendly and efficient though what I value most is the ethics and priorities of the bank. It is a beacon amidst the other banks and is the only one that seems to care about justice, welfare of people globally and welfare of our earth. My title says it all. The financial system and the growth economy is at the root of so many global problems, not least the climate emergency....Triodos was a no- brainer when I looked into 'divesting' my money. Transparent on fees. Excellent on customer service - I only realised how BAD the service had been in the long-established high street banks when I made the switch. Finally an ethical bank

Better than your average high street bank

Great company!

Banking with a conscience

I moved to Triodos because I wanted transparency, good customer service and I needed to know that my money was doing more good than harm. It is a bank still connected to people and planet, this ethical approach (for customers and businesses) has transformed my concept of what banking used to be and what it can be. Triodos keeps me informed about local and global issues that are relevant in the here and now, proving that banking can work with a conscience. This is refreshing and transformative. Love having an ethical option with great service and products

This is a fabulous bank. The communication and ease of switching to the current account was really good. Every time I have needed to get in touch I had been able to speak directly to a person and the interaction has been human and very helpful. Even if it wasn't an ethical bank I would highly recommend it. The reason I switched was to have a more ethical product and I am so glad I did. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019
