Ethical Bank

Have never had any problem with Triodos, you can always talk to someone if you need to. No hanging around in a queue on the phone. If they are busy you just request a ring back and they always come back to you. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Excellent customer service

I've have banked with Triodos for two or three years now, I've only recently needed to contact via the chat option through the app. They were super quick to respond, super helpful & friendly human service. Great ethical bank

I was one of the first people to have a Triodos current account. Not only is their online banking efficient and easy to use, Triodos is also an ethical bank which only puts customers’ money into sustainable and ethical projects and business.
