Do well to date

I have not had an Triodos current account for long, but have found it easy to contact a member of the team and to get information from the bank. The app is very user-friendly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos: the human bank

Triodos is the only bank where I can actually speak with a human being easily (i.e. without being kept on hold for 10, 20 and even 30 minutes!). Every query and exchange I have had over the phone has been responded to quickly and professionally. Online banking is clear, intuitive and accessible. They tell you what they're doing with your money!

For me it's deeply important to know what my money's supporting while it's held by a bank. And Triodos are absolute pioneers of actually telling us exactly what they're doing with it.
