Triodos Telephone Help and Advice service.

Unlike many online bank accounts, Triodos provides a particularly good telephone advice and help service. I am an old woman in my eighties with very poor eyesight and close to zero digital abilities. I often phone Triodos for help with digital problems connected with my current account, and receive almost incredibly patient help.
