I moved to Triodos because I wanted my money to support more ethical and sustainable projects, and that’s something they do really well. It gives me peace of mind knowing where my money is going. The day-to-day banking works well enough, though the app isn’t quite as slick or feature-rich as some of the bigger banks. That said, everything I need is there, and it’s straightforward to use. Customer service has been positive overall, just sometimes a bit slower than I’d like. But for me, the ethical side outweighs those small frustrations. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Simple, efficient banking.

Whole-heartedly recommend!

When I first joined, I had a few teething problems with card issues, but these were sorted quickly, kindly, and effectively by direct interaction with staff. Since then it has been plain sailing! I love the fact that there is nothing hidden and obtuse justifications for uncertain financial practices. Their regular updates and news goes a long for that. Nothing predatory and all out in the open, with easy use online and physically. Nothing but a full recommendation. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Ethical bank where I am the customer, not the product.

The App is great, very secure to login to website, and always works. I really like that it has an ethical way of dealing with the world. I prefer to be the customer than the product and think the small fee is worth that. They do not push product to me. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
