Opened my account a year ago

Great service, strong security, thanks.

I changed to Triodos because of it's great environmental reputation and have been pleasantly surprised with its banking service. The online banking works very well and it feels safe and secure. If I have any queries, I can get though to a real person by telephone very quickly and without having to go through tedious menu options. Well done Triodos - keep it up. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Switched to Triodos from Co-op

I did lots of research to find the most ethical high street bank to use as my current account, and Triodos is just that. If you care about your money being put to good use, in an ethical way, that doesn't harm people or the planet, then it's worth switching. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
