I found Triodos when searching for an ethical bank.

I found Triodos when searching for an ethical bank. They include everything I stand for. Just wish I had found them sooner. I will be setting up another account soon for my daughter! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

A great bank who are a pleasure to do business with

Great bank, they are ethical and transparent which is of course all very well but, also importantly, the customer service is really great. Real people to help you if you’re stuck or if they think you are in any financial trouble (potential scams etc). Room for improvement

My honest review of the Triodos current account is that if the bank didn't invest in sustainable and local banking, I would have a current account elsewhere. This is for three reasons: (1) no overdraft limit. This is a standard feature that I would expect from any bank. (2) No individual IBAN numbers. I am Canadian and occasionally need to transfer money from abroad. The idea that I need to transfer money to a central IBAN and then add my account number as the reference leaves a ton of room for error (especially if the money is being transferred from someone who is not me). A bank that cares about positive change

I’m really glad to be a Triodos bank customer and so grateful that this great ethical bank exist. Since they have made so much progress with their mobile app I have been enjoying using it more and I like it’s simplicity. More so, I really enjoy reading the case studies, sustainability tips and all the great updates regarding social and environmental change. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
