A bank I can trust

When I was taken in by a scam and made a small initial payment, Triodos reacted quickly and efficiently. I received a personal service without having to wait in a queue. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Excellent ethical bank with good customer service

I’ve been with Triodos for a couple of years now. Switched due to their strong ethical and environmental policies. The app is easy to use and customer service is friendly and responsive when I’ve needed help. All good. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Much better since option to add card to Apple Pay

Much better since Triodos Bank card was able to be added to Apple Pay. However, there is no option to make payments, such as credit cards, through a direct bank transfer. Also, Triodos Bank current account does not appear on a Credit Score. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
