I can’t praise Triodos enough.

Not just ethical

I've never had a serious problem with Triodos and they've been excellent at resolving issues over the phone when I've needed them to. They don't just rest on being ethical, they are a really great bank too. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. When my card stopped working they quickly sent a new one and gave me a voucher as compensation. It was totally unprompted and a great gesture. I've always had good experiences when I've needed to contact them. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Friendly and efficient service. Great app and web tools for account management. Very proactive and efficient with unusual transactions. The best for ethical banking

Triodos gives me the opportunity to bank ethically. I can manage my account easily via the app, and when I was getting used to it, and had queries, the customer service staff were most helpful and took me through everything I needed to know without ever seeming impatient.
