Nothing but praise

I have rarely needed to contact customer services but a recent payment being made to my account did not arrive. When contacting Triodos the call was answered quickly and I was put through to the correct team immediately. The staff member was patient and reassuring offering sound advise reulting in resolution of the problem. Thumbs up for Triodos Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025

Easy everyday, sustainable banking

Easy everyday banking with the knowledge my money is doing good for the environment and the world. Small monthly fee for my current account but app is very easy to use, switchover has meant all my direct debits are fine, and even paying in cheques has been easier than I thought. They’ve just launched Apple pay too, so they do pretty much everything any other bank would, while being as sustainable as possible through the process. Cannot speak highly enough of Triodos

It's seamless, and now I have the app on my smartphone it's even more convenient. I like the fact that I know that by banking with Triodos I am not supporting the financing of fossil fuels or anything that harms people or planet. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025

The Triodos banking app it the best!

I have to say I'm a big fan of Triodos. Apart from the exceptional ethos that Triodos leads the way with, the other thing to praise to the rafters is their banking app, which is the simplest, smoothest and most convenient banking app I've used or seen. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025
