Great trustworthy ethical bank

Our account is very easy to operate with the excellent app on the phone. I love the fact that my money is being used ethically and I enjoy reading the informative emails to learn the detail of how my money is put to use. Environment etc is more important than free banking

Compared to what others banks offer in terms of 'free' banking etc. Triodos does not look that good. However, I find being charged a flat fee every month is more transparent. Secondly, I would rather do business with a bank that actively supports the environment and communities than with one that boasts that it does not invest in any "nasties", such as fossil fuels etc. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
