Triodos's customer service is excellent!

Triodos's customer service is excellent! Their interface is great and I got immediate help when I was overseas and needed to change from payment secured via separate "Digipass" to secured by biometric. They are also reliably sustainable. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Triodos feels like a bank should be. There for it's customers, who choose ethics over greed. They are always there when I need them, and constantly improve and refine their online banking experience, offering truly helpful options to help you look after your finances and learn how to tread as lightly as possible in the world.
