I appreciate the clear communications by email, well designed phone app, and ability to talk to UK-based customer support over the phone. I am happy to pay a small monthly fee for the current account, as the reasons for this are clearly explained. Their focus on ethical banking is why I switched to Triodos, and I am very happy with the outcome. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Excellent service with strong ethics at the heart

I’ve been banking with Triodos for years. The have been unfailingly helpful when I’ve needed it. Customer service is second to none. My account is easy to manage via the app and website- both have great user experience. And most important of all, they apply a strong ethical approach which aligns with my values.
