I access my account via the app mostly and find that is very easy to use and always available. I have also use the online version as well on occasion. The main point of me joining Triodos was for the great ethics that they work within. So to find system access as good as they are is a great bonus. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

A genuine ethical stance

I'm pleased to bank with a company that has a genuine ethical stance and that is using its money to support ventures that help fight climate change and the nature crisis. Sadly it almost stands alone in a world dominated by greenwashing. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Friendly, efficient and ethical

On the rare occasions that I've had to contact customer service, they have been quick and efficient and dealt with my query / resolved a problem in record time. My account is easy to use and I like the fact that the bank is supporting projects in my locality. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Basic account, only plus is it's ethical credentials.

Basic account, only plus is it's ethical credentials. Overall a very basic account, could be easily improved with Google Pay, notifications and a smaller fairer fee. I hate how customer service is only open business hours as I have a day job. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I would rather pay a few quid to be with an honest bank. I have been with Triodos for many years, firstly for an ISA, and then for a current account when they started these in the UK. I love the way Triodos invests positively, not just the 'least words' funds as other 'ethical' banks do. I find the app very easy to use, and you can also invest in their ethical stocks and shares quite easily from there. I have only ever had excellent customer service e.g. when I lost my phone.
