Triodos bank is everything I need in a bank

Communication with Triodos bank is straight forward. I especially appreciate the differentiation between private in-app messaging, text messages providing short updates related to my account, and emails with more general terms and updates in Triodos itself. Best bank I’ve ever used

Absolutely thrilled to have an ethical bank that also provides a good service! Good customer service, and the bank listens to customer needs and changes their service to match - eg introduction of Apple Wallet compatibility. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
