The anti fraud team helped me out when I reported a telephone scam, quickly and professionally. Their fees are fair and I feel good about their ethical investment. Excellent ethical bank.

As good as any of the big name banks, but with the knowledge that their investments are contributing to a better world. I love the ability to "drill down" on their website, and see where funds are actually being invested, and what projects supported. That ability simply isn't available with the "normal" banks that are investing heavily in arms, tobacco, and oil. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
