Triodos offers something which most other banks do not which is the knowledge that my money is being used for something positive, an investment in an ethical and fair world. I enjoy the regular updates telling me what positive and transformative impact my money is having without any additional work on my side. Triodos customer service is great, the people I have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful and I haven't had to wait hours in a queue. Ethical, Professional, Efficient and Friendly.

I've been banking with Triodos just over 3 years. They're helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. I am glad my bank abides entirely by ethical principles in its investments. It's good to know that my money is not being used to...

It's good to know that my money is not being used to prop up anything unethical. I love that I get texts to tell me when my balance has dropped below £100 and if there is not enough money in my account to make payments due that day; that gives me the chance to rectify things beforehand.
