Very happy to be banking ethically

I'm just really happy to be with an ethical bank, and to be out of the main high street banking system. I don't need that much out of a current account, it runs fairly straightforwardly for me, but I feel secure and know that support is there if I need it. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

It’s a pleasure to call Triodos (in comparison to every other financial institution I’ve dealt with). Genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff - and no long drawn out phone options and robotic voices trying to redirect you to a bot or an alternative method of contact.
