Modern banking with old fashioned personal services

Good ethical bank

Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with the account, my card never worked in stores so I just use it to store money. I opted for Triodos for its ethics and that’s the reason I continue to use it, however my experience hasn’t been the most user friendly. It’s also the only account I’ve had which charges a fee, which I’ve been happy to pay on the assumption it goes towards maintaining a more lenient banking system for those who need it. Staff are always very helpful, efficient and patient...

Staff are always very helpful, efficient and patient particularly with those of us who aren’t very proficient with IT. And I very much like the Bank’s ethos. Triodos is an ethical bank

I know my money goes to support sustainable businesses and projects. Triodos is transparent in its dealings with customers and is trustworthy. Customer services are helpful and thorough. I do not have to wait for a long time when I want to speak with someone at Triodos. I am an older customer and am sometimes unable to navigate my way online. An excellent bank in every respect

I have been banking with Triodos for about a year, and can't think why I didn't switch to them sooner. In every respect, Triodos is excellent: from customer service, to easy-to-use app and website, to knowing that my money is being used for good. I recommend Triodos to everyone!
