Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical with efficient customer service

The triodos current account has always worked well for us and we are reassured by knowing that we bank with an ethical bank. We have always received prompt and efficient customer service. Accessing services through the app is always easy - making payments, viewing transactions, transferring funds etc. the Online banking is much improved since the new system was implemented and I like being able to download information and imports it into my own software to keep track and monitor budgets.
