Poor Customer Service, really poor

My wife and I have been deeply disappointed with Triodos Bank’s customer service. Despite its ethical reputation, we’ve faced slow responses, unhelpful staff, and unresolved issues—even for simple requests. The lack of urgency and care has made banking with them frustrating. For a bank that claims to value people and transparency, the reality has been the opposite. We expected better support but now regret choosing Triodos. Until they improve, we cannot recommend them. Timely and personable

The response time and ability to walk you through a problematic transaction is far beyond anything I've experienced with any other financial service. They are quick to respond and it's always a.person with time to speak to you properly. It seems very secure service too Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Helpful, efficient, courteous, proactive and ETHICAL

Triodos bank has always been helpful, efficient, courteous and proactive. They provide helpful advice when I need it, keep me informed and at the same time are acting ethically with my money, In a world where fairness and justice seem to be in increasingly short supply, the ethical behaviour of a bank is of greater importance than ever. Efficient & Ethical, right up my street!

No fuss banking, no extra charges, easy to use secure app. When I’ve had a query it’s been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. I have a savings account too & it’s easy to move money between accounts, with the added bonus of knowing that my money is being used to support other people and do no harm!
