Friendly and efficient.

Friendly and efficient. I know that Triodos will look after me and my money in an ethical way which is very important to me. I also have a savings account and two different Isa's. They offer fair rates and their customer services are all friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

More-than-money

Triodos Has all you would want from a bank - good communication, efficient apps and, despite not having local branches, availability. Whenever I have needed help or advice with money matters, I have spoken to a knowledgeable person, not speaking from a script, If I have had to wait, the music has been interesting and not designed to send me climbing up the wall.
