Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Been banking with them for about 5 years or more. By far the best bank I have been with. Excellent customer service and can speak to someone straight away. Feels more like a family bank than a big corporate one. Very easy and simple to use banking app which I live!
