The best for ethical banking

Triodos gives me the opportunity to bank ethically. I can manage my account easily via the app, and when I was getting used to it, and had queries, the customer service staff were most helpful and took me through everything I needed to know without ever seeming impatient. Been banking with them for about 5 years or more. By far the best bank I have been with. Excellent customer service and can speak to someone straight away. Feels more like a family bank than a big corporate one. Very easy and simple to use banking app which I live!
