I've never had a serious problem with Triodos and they've been excellent at resolving issues over the phone when I've needed them to. They don't just rest on being ethical, they are a really great bank too. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Excellent customer service. When my card stopped working they quickly sent a new one and gave me a voucher as compensation. It was totally unprompted and a great gesture. I've always had good experiences when I've needed to contact them. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Friendly and efficient service. Great app and web tools for account management. Very proactive and efficient with unusual transactions.
