The perfect bank

The customer service is excellent, there are never long wait times to speak to them. Problems solved easily. And such nice staff. Knowing my money is going towards ventures that are helping and not harming is the main reason I joined. Their information about fraud is always so clear and thoughtful. Its user friendly app makes managing money easy and its ethos around sustainability means I can have peace of mind about how my money is being used to help build a better planet.
