Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I have had my account over 4 years and never experienced any problems. If ever I have had a query, it has been dealt with efficiently and in a polite manner. The mobile banking app is nice and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical and easy to use!

I find the Triodos app very easy to use and it’s great that I can now have my debit card in my Apple Wallet. But what I like most about Triodos is their ethical values and how they support ethical companies. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos are fantastic.

Triodos are fantastic. I am never left on hold and the customer service is great. I really like the app and have tell anyone who asks how great Triodos are! An ethical bank is essential for me and I enjoy reading the updates on their investments. Great bank, with morals and values
