Excellent service and a force for good!

Excellent service and I am always treated like a valued customer. I previously only banked with big banks so the experience of being treated more personably has been amazing. Most importantly however is that I know that this bank only supports ethical investments so I consider Triodos as a force for good. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Peace of mind banking

The best personal customer service ever received

I had transferred the sale of some shares into Triodos but without enough details for the, to identify my account. Called them up spoke to customer service who put me old hold briefly whilst the found the amount I had said and date of transfer. Resolved and into my account. Very little waiting time and no fuss. Sound strategy of social responsibility

Excellent service. Wonderfully transparent. Demonstrably ethical. Reassuringly good for everyone. Strong sense of social responsibility. At the current time this is rare but much needed. The current account is perfect for me. The phone app has everything that I need on a daily basis. Occasionally I need to log on using a laptop but this is always. straightforward.
