Best bank ever!

I have been banking with Triodos for a number of years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I very much appreciate the transparency of the bank with regards to how my money is used, as it reassures me that the values of the bank are aligned with my own. I have had many interactions with Triodos customer service, both in relation to current and savings accounts that I hold with them, and have consistently found them to be friendly, efficient and professional. I would recommend Triodos to anyone considering embedding ethical and sustainable practices into their lives. I found the process of setting up an account to be extremely straightforward, and the UI for online and app based banking is consistently clear and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Ethics and great service

The app has been fantastic and is easy to use, intuitive. When I have had to call then I have always got through to someone who has taken an interest and been able to help me - no endless waiting and being passed from team to team. Triodos supports communities and the environment

Website is clear to follow, people who answer the phone are friendly and informative and most of all I know my money is being used to support the things I care about and is not invested in companies that harm the environment or communities. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
