Great cutomer service

Triodos Bank is very easy to deal with, they have customer service people who actually answer the phone in a reasonable time! And they are always good to speak to. I love their ethical stance. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Ethical and aware

Great feedback about the ways they use money to support the climate and worthwhile projects. So reassuring to know our money isn’t being used to mine fossil fuels etc. clear and easy access to online accounts. 5 star transparency

I love the transparency of Triodos Bank's current account - paying the monthly fee in exchange for knowing what my money is and isn't supporting feels like a no-brainer. I've had great customer service when needing to check anything, too. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

A bank that’s about more than making money

I have used Triodos Bank for some time now. It does everything I want. And now we can use Apple Pay, which is good. I entirely support its ethical philosophy. In today’s world everyone needs a bank. It’s good to have one that is not simply about money! I am glad such a bank exists and enables me to perform necessary financial transactions within an ethical framework that I share. A pleasure to manage my money with an ethical bank.

My switch from Barclays to Triodos was seamless. One of the best things I ever did was move to Triodos but I wish I'd done it far sooner.
