I have had a Triodos current account for a few years...

I have had a Triodos current account for a few years now. I do online banking with them. All the services seem to work well. I have rarely had to contact them but when I have done the telephone contact is quick and efficient, and has always remedied my query. Emailing Triodos is similarly effective. It is quick and easy to access my current account vi...

It is quick and easy to access my current account via the Mobile app. Also Triodos interfaces well with Xero, the online accounts package. This is important because I have hundreds of transactions per month and it used to take me a long time to reconcile them using Intuit QuickBooks on my Windows 11 Desktop PC. I find it far easier to import the transactions from Triodos and then reconcile them on Xero. Xero can then generate a huge variety of customised reports for me and/or my Accountants to analyse how I'm doing. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
