Easy to use app with with calming colour vibes

App is very easy to use, and I’m not overwhelmed by lots of prompts to use or buy other products like other banks. I love their regular updates on how they are ethical and I feel better knowing my money is being looked after my a socially and sustainably conscious bank. Triodos makes me feel happy, which is priceless

The account works really well and has all the features I need, including a well-designed mobile app. The big difference is that the bank makes me feel happy and proud: Triodos is investing my money in sustainable businesses, while my previous banks were investing my money in industries that are destroying the planet. Switching for ethics

I decided to leave Barclays after many years because of their poor ethics and support for fossil fuels. Triodos was recommended to me based on their sustainable stance. I have been delighted with the experience. The switch of current accounts was simple and effective. I was kept informed every step of the way. I contacted Triodos by phone and chat during that time, and the response was quick, professional, and came from a real and knowledgeable human. I feel valued as a Triodos customer.

I feel valued as a Triodos customer. When I have an issue I can call a landline and discuss the matter with a customer advisor who is always friendly and helpful. The app and website feel very secure and are both easy to navigate. I also know that I do not have to worry about where the profits are being invested and enjoy reading the newsletters which make me feel part of a community that wants a better future and positive change.
