Switching my current account to Triodos was as easy as they said it would be. Although I was worried about it being entirely online, there's always someone friendly at the end of the phone if I need help. Humans over profit

When needed, I've been able to speak to a human being easily, without any long call queue. The query was resolved efficiently. I like the fact that this is a bank with values, unlike some of my previous experiences with other banks who penalised people struggling too manage their money with very high interest rates for overdrafts.
