Feel good

Straightforward, ethical: win

Been banking with them for years, and their Internet banking service has always been more straightforward to use, with a less convoluted design, than the other banks I deal with. Although I was worried about it being entirely online, there's always someone friendly at the end of the phone if I need help. Humans over profit

When needed, I've been able to speak to a human being easily, without any long call queue. The query was resolved efficiently. I like the fact that this is a bank with values, unlike some of my previous experiences with other banks who penalised people struggling too manage their money with very high interest rates for overdrafts. Convenient and secure account.
