Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. A bank with principles.

A bank with principles. Unlike most banks Triodos exists to serve it's customers. It begins with things like charging a £3 month fee. You might say well that isn't very customer friendly but it is because they spread the cost of running the bank across all customers, not just the ones who are overdrawn. They have an app so you can see your transactions on the move. They still have a little way to go for example they don't support apple/google pay and their website has a split personality as they roll out the the new version. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
